2 Franchise Masterplan: Consultation, Academic Content & Training
  1. Set up standard operating procedures.
  2. Produce and provide lesson plans for the academic year.
  3. Training of teaching staff by lead trainers.
  4. Consultation for correct pricing, unique competitive advantage and launch strategy.
  5. Conduct research to gain better insights to students’ usage and attitudes.
  6. Review of academic results.
3 Marketing Strategy
  1. Implementation of marketing strategy to meet growth objectives.
  2. Develop media plan and produce marketing collateral.
  3. Conduct market trend analysis on current and new learning formats.
